Notice: The 
Declaration of Independence Banned at California School
A teacher in California has been barred by school officials from giving students documents from American history that refer to God -- including the Declaration of Independence. "It's a fact of American history that our founders were religious men, and to hide this fact from young fifth-graders in the name of political correctness is outrageous and shameful."

Some doubt this story and feel it's misleading.
He's been banned from *picking and choosing* ONLY the references to a Deity and proselytising in school. Slight difference.
Big difference. The story is not the screaming DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE BANNED IN SCHOOL headline as seen over at the Drudge Report.
"Slight difference" was something of an understatement. ;)
